I joined F4L Coaching to give my training structure and focus.My target for 2012 is to be the best triathlete I can be – drop weight, run less than 7 minute miles over 5k and swim 400m in less than 6 minutes consistently.
The biggest benefit to being part of F4L Coaching is the support not just from Paul, but from the other athletes he coaches.The thing I enjoy most is the variety and challenge in the sessions that keep training interesting.
F4L has made a big difference to my direction, knowing that if I commit to the training I will see the results is a huge motivator.
