'One Life' is run to promote and develop participation in triathlon and cycling by athletes for athletes. 

 

 

The inspiration behind 'One Life' is 33 year old Sports Development Officer & Club Secretary Paul Jones, who launched the company after being involved in sport all his life.

 

Paul graduated from Durham in the late 90s. Paul, previously a National swimmer, is a keen cyclist and triathlete.

 

Paul gained selection for the Great Britain team in the European Triathlon Championships in 2003 (finishing 8th in his age group) and the World  Age Group Triathlon Championships in 2002 in Cancun, 2003 in New Zealand and as recently as this September in Lausanne (2006).
