ONE LIFE Winter Duathlon – Slaley Forest
JUNIORS
On one of the sunniest days so far this year 17 tristars ventured into Slaley forest for our first off-road club duathlon. The course consisted of a range of surfaces and terrains that would test the ability of all of our athletes.

SENIORS
In equally gloriously sunny weather the next day the Senior men and women took to the forest track for their Duathlon. The course that had been laid out was challenging but the conditions meant that fast times were possible.
