There is an initial consultation process by email or phone where we establish goals and short and longer term targets for the coming year and beyond.
We then draft up an annual plan. F4L work off detailed weekly programmes. The programme will provide sufficient detail to enable the athlete to conduct training sessions unsupervised. The Programme will work towards the goals identified and agreed with the coach. The weekly programme will mirror as much as is practicable, the drafted annual training programme.
This kind of attention to detail and quality of service ensures you get excellent value for money and this enables you to use your training to best effect and achieve your goals.
